If we cancel the tour due to the weather conditions, you can select another day or receive a refund in full. Tours are never cancelled due to rain and you will lose your fee should you choose not to partake.

We only accept advance payment. Unless if you book last minute then we can accept on tour payment.

Our booking reservation closes at 22:00 the day before the tour.

You can choose our counter service option and pay cash through a travel agent closest to you or through your hotel/resort.

We can also send a PayPal link with a 3% Bank fee (if requested)

We have 2 different types of Sea Tour:

1. VIP Angthong marine park - we only accept up to 16 participants per group tour

2. Koh Madsum ( Pig island ) & Koh Tan tour - we accept up to 29 participants per group tour

And we have 3 speedboats ranging between 30 to 35 passengers per boat

You will be notified prior to the tour, offered the tour on a different day or be refunded in full.

Yes, but the latest would be 18:00 the day before the tour, please send us an e-mail at contact@happysamui.com or call our office at +66 (0) 924 393 831 to request the change or cancellation.

Please wait in the lobby of your hotel where our driver will pick you up by minivan, hotel transfers both ways are included.

Please call our office on +66 (0) 924 393 831 if your pick-up has not arrived within 15 minutes of the specified pick-up time on the tour voucher.

Please inform us on booking in order to cater for you.

Mobile proof of your booking is acceptable.

A hat, sunscreen, towel, swimsuit, sunglasses, cash for admission fee to Anthong National Marine Park and any extra items you may wish to purchase i.e. additional drinks, snacks etc.
